I've been trying to get into deep work lately — like truly focused, distraction-free work blocks — but my brain just refuses to cooperate. I sit down to start something meaningful and within minutes I’m checking tabs or walking to the kitchen for no reason. It’s like my brain is addicted to novelty. Has anyone here actually managed to rewire their brain to enjoy deep work? I’m not looking for hacks — I mean real, long-term change.
